Bond Homes was founded in 2019 by Addison Bond, who brings over a decade plus of experience as a new construction project manager in Howard County, MD. In 2024, Justin Laskey joined as Addison's business partner, bringing his expertise in marketing and business operations from his time at companies like Under Armour and Amazon. Together, they’ve grown Bond Homes from a remodeling company into a full-service design-build firm, offering interior design, remodeling, and new home construction.
